10:1 我实在厌恶我的生活，我要任意苦诉我的怨情，倾吐我心中的酸苦。
I loathe my life. I will give myself up to complaint; I will speak from the bitterness of my soul. 10:2 我要对天主说：不要定我的罪!请告诉我：你为何与我作对﹖
I will say to God: Do not put me in the wrong! Let me know why you oppose me. 10:3 你对亲手所造的，加以虐待和厌弃，却显扬恶人的计划，为你岂有好处﹖
Is it a pleasure for you to oppress, to spurn the work of your hands, and smile on the plan of the wicked? 10:4 你岂有肉眼，或者也象人一样观看吗﹖
Have you eyes of flesh? Do you see as man sees? 10:5 你的日月岂象人的日月﹖你的年岁岂象人的年岁﹖
Are your days as the days of a mortal, and are your years as a man’s lifetime, 10:6 你竟考查我的邪恶，追究我的罪过。
That you seek for guilt in me and search after my sins, 10:7 其实你知道我并没有罪过，也知道无人能拯救我脱离你的掌握。
Even though you know that I am not wicked, and that none can deliver me out of your hand? 10:8 你亲手形成了我，创造了我；此后你又转念想消灭我。
Your hands have formed me and fashioned me; will you then turn and destroy me? 10:9 求你记忆：你造我时就象搏泥，难道还使我归于泥土﹖
Oh, remember that you fashioned me from clay! Will you then bring me down to dust again? 10:10 你不是将我象奶倒出，使我凝结象一块奶饼﹖
Did you not pour me out as milk, and thicken me like cheese? 10:11 用皮和肉作我的衣服，用骨和筋编织了我全身﹖
With skin and flesh you clothed me, with bones and sinews knit me together. 10:12 是你将我生命的恩惠赐给了我，细心照顾维持了我的气息。
Grace and favor you granted me, and your providence has preserved my spirit. 10:13 这些事早已藏在你心中，我知道你久有此意：
Yet these things you have hidden in your heart; I know that they are your purpose: 10:14 你监视我，看我是否犯罪；如果我有罪；你决不放过。
If I should sin, you would keep a watch against me, and from my guilt you would not absolve me. 10:15 我若有罪，我就有祸了!我若正义，也不敢抬头，因为我已备尝凌辱，吃尽苦头。
If I should be wicked, alas for me! if righteous, I dare not hold up my head, filled with ignominy and sodden with affliction! 10:16 我若抬头，你就象狮子追捕我，向我表现你的奇能，
Should it lift up, you hunt me like a lion: repeatedly you show your wondrous power against me, 10:17 重新袭击我，加倍对我泄怒。调遣新军攻击我。
You renew your attack upon me and multiply your harassment of me; in waves your troops come against me. 10:18 你为何叫我出离母胎﹖不如我那时断气，无人见我，
Why then did you bring me forth from the womb? I should have died and no eye have seen me. 10:19 就好象从未有过我一样，一出母胎即被送入坟墓。
I should be as though I had never lived; I should have been taken from the womb to the grave. 10:20 我生存的日月不是很少吗﹖你且放开我罢!
Are not the days of my life few? Let me alone, that I may recover a little 10:21 趁我去而不返，到冥暗死影之地，幽黑混沌之地，
Before I go whence I shall not return, to the land of darkness and of gloom, 10:22 即光明也是黑暗之地以前，让我自在一下罢!
The black, disordered land where darkness is the only light.
